	Spinach Salad


	With Warm Raspberry Vinegarette


			Ingredients:

		Dressing

In sauce pan combine the following ingredients in the following order. Sugar should be completely desolved before adding nuts.

	1/2 stick butter

	1/2 bottle raspberry vinegarette dressing

		1/2 cup sherry

			1/2 cup brown sugar

	1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Salad

Arrange the following on plate in decorative pattern. Pour hot dressing over salad immediately before serving

Fresh Spinach

Red Onion sliced thin

Mandarin Orange Segments

One plum per salad, pit removed and sliced

Plum tomatoes sliced
